What is the process for ordering a costume?

  • Step 1 – Design

    Send us a photo of an outfit you like or tell us about your vision.

    We can:

    • sew an outfit based on inspiration,
    • freely modify an existing design,
    • create a completely original design (for an additional fee)

  • Step 2 – Individual valuation

    Każdy strój wyceniamy indywidualnie.

    Cena zależy między innymi od:

    • rozmiaru,
    • stopnia skomplikowania wzoru,
    • liczby kryształków,
    • rodzaju zdobień.

    Najczęściej nasze stroje kosztują 1500-3000zł.

  • Step 3 – Booking an appointment

    A reservation is made upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of PLN 1000, which is deducted from the final price of the outfit.

  • Step 4 – Dimensions

    Idealne dopasowanie to podstawa.

    Możesz:

    • lub umówić się na osobiste zmierzenie w naszej pracowni

  • Step 5 – Sewing the costume

    Na tym etapie powstaje Twój strój.

    Każdy element jest wykonywany ręcznie – od przygotowania wykroju, przez szycie, aż po aplikację kryształków.
    Po zakończeniu prac wysyłamy zdjęcia gotowego stroju.

  • Step 6 - Shipping

    We carefully pack the outfit and send it to the indicated address.

Premium Finish - Swarovski crystals

Upon request, we also create costumes using original Swarovski crystals.

Due to their high price, we do not use them as standard. Instead,
we jointly determine a budget for Swarovski crystals (e.g.,
PLN 500, PLN 800, or another amount), and we select the appropriate quantity and
arrangement of stones to achieve the best possible effect.

The amount allocated for Swarovski crystals is added to the previously agreed-upon costume price.

This allows you to decide what effect you want to achieve and how much
you want to spend on premium finishing, without having to create the
entire costume exclusively with Swarovski crystals.

How much does it cost to have a costume made at our company?

All costumes are priced individually. The price depends on the size, design, and amount of embellishments.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship our costumes worldwide.

May I send a photo of a different outfit?


Yes. We can modify it or create a similar design.

Do you do your own designs?


Yes, we also design costumes from scratch. The design cost is PLN 250.

How long does the fulfillment take?


The current deadline is provided during the quotation. The lead time depends on the season and is usually between 2 and 4 months.

Is the down payment refundable?
