What is the process for ordering a costume?

Step 1 – Design
Send us a photo of an outfit you like or tell us about your vision.
We can:
- sew an outfit based on inspiration,
- freely modify an existing design,
- create a completely original design (for an additional fee)

Step 2 – Individual valuation
Each costume is priced individually.
The price depends, among other things, on:
- the size,
- the complexity of the design,
- the number of crystals,
- the type of embellishments.
Our costumes most often cost PLN 1500-3000.

Step 3 – Booking an appointment
A reservation is made upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of PLN 1000, which is deducted from the final price of the outfit.

Step 4 – Dimensions
A perfect fit is fundamental.
You can:
- use our instructional video and send us your measurements yourself,
- or arrange for a personal fitting in our studio

Step 5 – Sewing the costume
This is the stage where your costume is created.
Each element is handmade – from preparing the pattern, through sewing, to applying the crystals.
Once completed, we send photos of the finished costume. -
Step 6 - Shipping
We carefully pack the outfit and send it to the indicated address.
All that's left is to put it on for your first race ❤️
Premium Finish - Swarovski crystals
Upon request, we also create costumes using original Swarovski crystals.
Due to their high price, we do not use them as standard. Instead,
we jointly determine a budget for Swarovski crystals (e.g.,
PLN 500, PLN 800, or another amount), and we select the appropriate quantity and
arrangement of stones to achieve the best possible effect.
The amount allocated for Swarovski crystals is added to the previously agreed-upon costume price.
This allows you to decide what effect you want to achieve and how much
you want to spend on premium finishing, without having to create the
entire costume exclusively with Swarovski crystals.
